a somewhat underwhelming stay
rusty machines inconvenient policy
The gym was not what i expected. there were only a few rusty machines outside near the bar. It felt more like a waiting area than a proper gym. also, i needed a corkscrew and was surprised to learn the hotel only had one. i had to open my bottle and return it immediately. this felt quite inconvenient for a place of this supposed level.

Lovely Stay in a Jungle Oasis
nice villa shuttle service friendly staff
The villa had a very nice swimming pool, perfect for a refreshing dip. The room was lovely and well-kept. I appreciated the included shuttle service to the city center, so convenient. The staff was friendly and always ready to assist.
The gym equipment had limited options, just one treadmill was available.

The pool area was clean. I saw many loungers available . The villas come with private pools. The restaurant serves tasty food. I thought the setting was beautiful.

Fantastic stay NEAR Ubud
attentive staff generous upgrade welcome treat
The staff was attentive and happy to address all inquiries. I received an upgrade from the junior suite to the venya suite and it was so generous. The view from the swimming pool is Fine and the daily afternoon tea was a welcome treat.

The staff provided really good service and were always willing to help. Staff members addressed every request promptly. Their politeness and professionalism contributed to a very seamless and enjoyable experience. I am SO grateful.

Staff provide great service at the restaurant. A good selection of food were available at breakfast. My villa included a private pool and sun loungers. The Chahna Two Bed Rooms Pool Villas Daily Afternoon Tea was spacious with comfortable beds.
The gym equipment is limited.
