a somewhat underwhelming stay
rusty machinesinconvenient policy
The gym was not what i expected. there were only a few rusty machines outside near the bar. It felt more like a waiting area than a proper gym. also, i needed a corkscrew and was surprised to learn the hotel only had one. i had to open my bottle and return it immediately. this felt quite inconvenient for a place of this supposed level.

The villa had a very nice swimming pool, perfect for a refreshing dip. The room was lovely and well kept. I appreciated the included shuttle service to the city center, so convenient. The staff was friendly and always ready to assist.
The gym equipment had limited options, just one treadmill was available.

attentive staffgenerous upgradewelcome treat
The staff was attentive and happy to address all inquiries. I received an upgrade from the junior suite to the venya suite and it was so generous. The view from the swimming pool is Fine and the daily afternoon tea was a welcome treat.

The staff provided really good service and were always willing to help. Staff members addressed every request promptly. Their politeness and professionalism contributed to a very seamless and enjoyable experience. I am SO grateful.
